Cinnamon Raisin

The majority of cinnamon used on the market is actually cassia cinnamon, which contains coumarin, a compound that can be toxic for the liver. Our cinnamon raisin bars use ceylon cinnamon, which contains almost no coumarin. Plus we add organic raisins and all of the same Canadian-grown ingredients that you know and love like oats, flax, hemp seeds, and maple syrup.
